Dot has spent her career in the room with leaders—seeing firsthand what makes exceptional support truly exceptional. Through years of working alongside founders and executives, she’s learned that the most valuable support goes far beyond managing tasks. It’s knowing how to anticipate what a leader needs, recognize where their energy is leaking, protect their capacity, and create the space for them to lead well. The Chief Energy Officer Certification brings together the frameworks, instincts, and practices Dot has developed through that work and teaches you how to apply them in your own career.
How it runs
A complete library of recorded video modules you work through at your own pace — around client work, around your life. Then weekly live coaching with Dot, where the material stops being theory: real client situations, rehearsed hard conversations, in front of people who do what you do.
Most programs give you one or the other. The videos alone don't change how you work. The coaching alone gives you nowhere to build from.
Who it's for

This is not designed for brand-new Virtual Assistants. You already know how to support. This certification teaches you how to think, communicate, and lead at a more strategic level.

Graduates receive three months inside the Oxygen 1st™ Club to continue practicing the method in community.

Certification does not guarantee Agency acceptance or placement, but it creates a clear pathway for those whose skills, experience, and values align.
